Dr Salisbury was raised and educated in country Queensland. His undergraduate degree was undertaken at the University of Queensland obtaining his initial qualifications in 1984. Dr Salisbury became a Fellow of the Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in early 1992 and subsequent to that a Fellow of the English Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists whilst working in the United Kingdom.

 

Infertility training was undertaken at Hammersmith Hospital London in the early 1990’s. Since 1994 Dr Salisbury has offered women of Brisbane with Obstetric and Gynaecological concerns the ability to discuss their concerns openly and to provide them with high quality and confidential information relating to current evidence-based practice. His early career saw an extensive obstetric practice which has now evolved into an exclusive gynaecological practice with his main interest being in the field of infertility. Dr  Salisbury's experience in the field of infertility allows  a hollistic approach to be offered to  clients . Decisions based on these options can then be made  in an unbiased and unhurried way.

 

Dr Salisbury is married with 3 children.
