Infertility

 

Dr Salisbury provides advice for pre-conceptual care along with assessment of individualised fertility status and early pregnancy support. Many modalities of investigation are utilized including ultrasound, pathology services and and subsequent surgical assessment through such modalities such laparoscopy.

He has a special interest in male infertility and the management of Polycystic Ovarian Disease. He is well-versed in the use of ovulation induction agents, Clomiphene citrate, Letrozole, Metformin and Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH). Techniques such as In-Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) and its associated techniques of Intra-Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) along with testicular aspiration (TESA), embryo hatching and the various investigative techniques of Pre-implantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD).
